Hello, I'm Olga Koelsch!

I’m a watercolor artist and educator based in Bergen, proudly representing Norway in NAS (Nordic Watercolor Society).​

My watercolor journey began in 2016 with a simple set of paints, and within a year, I was showing botanical illustrations in prestigious exhibitions in the UK, USA, and Japan.​

In 2018, I began exploring modern watercolor, focusing on transparency and expressiveness, which quickly led to my first custom commissions. Today, I’m a full-time artist with work licensed worldwide, including collaborations with Hobby Lobby, Home Decor, Next, and Karen Millen.​

I’m also a proud Resident Artist at Arches and an Ambassador for Princeton Brush, Maimeri, Canson, and Daler-Rowney.

As an educator, I’ve created in-depth watercolor courses that have received amazing feedback from students around the world. Hello, I'm Olga Koelsch!


I'm a watercolor artist, book author, and educator based in Bergen, representing Norway in NAS (Nordic Watercolor Society). My journey with watercolor began in 2016 with a simple set of paints. Today, I'm a full-time artist, with my work featured and licensed globally, including collaborations with Hobby Lobby, Home Decor, Next, and Karen Millen. I am proud to be a Resident Artist at Arches and an Ambassador for Princeton Brush, Maimeri, Canson, and Daler-Rowney.
